摘  要:共享单车虽然是当今热议的话题,但是对于其学术层面的研究寥寥无几。以摩拜单车为例,通过整合相关资讯,运用商业画布九要素模型详尽地对模型中的每一个要素进行梳理,并将各要素串联成为一体,清晰地呈现出共享单车商业模式。最后作者对当下商业模式提出优化意见和未来研究方向。文中首次运用商业画布模型对共享单车商业模式进行研究,所梳理出的共享单车商业模式现状和以此提出的期望可供行业相关者参考和学者们进一步研究。There is little academic research focusing on bicycle-sharing,although it is a hot topic today. This article exposes and discusses the business model of bicycle-sharing,using business model canvas to analyze one of bicycle-sharinnies, Mobike, with integration of the relevant information from different sources,to recognize its business model by discussing each element of the model in detail and linking them together. Finally, some kinds of optimization are claimed and the further research fields are suggested. It is the first time that busisearch on bicycle-sharing business model. Therefore ,the result and suggestions about optimizing the business model accord-ing to the result are valuable to the participants in bicycle-sharing industry and the researchstudies.
