摘  要:目的探讨全病程管理结合CBS教学模式在骨科临床实习教学中的应用效果与传统教学模式比较。方法本研究分为研究组及对照组各30位实习医学生,研究组采用全病程管理结合CBS的教学模式,对照组采用传统的带教方法,包括在实习周期内接受常规的小讲课、教学查房及病例讨论的教学模式。结果学习和学术价值(LAV)、教师的情操(TE)、组织和表达(OC)、教师知识面(BOC)四个方面两组间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),师生关系和互动(IR)方面实验组优于对照组(P<0.05)。学生满意度调查问卷结果显示,在有助于知识的理解和运用、提高医患沟通能力、提高临床思维能力、提高文献查阅能力、提高科研思维能力五个方面实验组的满意率均优于对照组(P<0.05)结论全病程管理结合CBS教学模式作为一种全新的临床教学模式,为临床医学专业学生提供了一个临床实践,独立思考问题、分析问题和解决问题的平台,在全面提高医学生临床思维和工作能力的同时,也提高了其科研思维能力。Objective To compare the effect of the whole course management with the CBS teaching model in the clinical practice teaching in the department of orthopedics and the traditional teaching model.Methods This study divided 30 intern medical students into the study group and the control group. The study group adopted the whole course management and the teaching model of CBS. The control group adopted the traditional teaching method, including the teaching mode of receiving routine small lectures, teaching rounds and case discussion during the internship cycle. Results The four aspects of learning and academic value (LAV), teachers' sentiment (TE), organization and expression (OC) and teachers' knowledge level (BOC) between the two groups were compared,there was no statistically signifcant diference (P 〉 0.05). In experimental group, teacher-student relationship and interaction (IR) was better than that of the control group (P 〈 0.05). Student satisfaction survey results showed that in improving the understanding and application of knowledge and help to improve the doctor-patient communication skills, clinical thinking ability, improve literature ability, improve the ability of scientifc thinking in fve aspects of the experimental group satisfaction rate was better than the control group (P 〈 0.05) Conclusion The whole course management combined with CBS teaching mode as a new medical teaching model, provides a clinical practice for clinical medical students, independent thinking, analysis and solve problems in the platform, and comprehensively improve the clinical thinking ability of medical students at the same time, also improve their scientifc thinking ability.
