摘  要:理想中"德育首位"与现实中"德育无位"的矛盾是高校德育的突出症结。高校德育教学是高校德育中一个举足轻重的子系统。文章基于对杜威德育思想的梳理与其生态学意蕴的哲学剖析,并结合传统高校德育教学的问题来探讨高校德育教学的生态化,从制度优化、资源整合、关系重构、方法更新等方面提出切实可行的举措,以期为提升高校德育地位与实效、促进"立德树人"目标的实现提供借鉴。The contradiction between the " first place" in ideal and the " absent place" in reality of moral education is the sticking point of moral education in universities. The moral teaching is a very important subsystem in moral education system of universities. Based on combining the problems of traditional moral education to explore the ecologicalization of moral teaching in universities,this paper analyzes ecology philosophy from Dewey's moral education thought and puts forward some feasible measures from the system optimization,resource integration,reconstruction of relationship and method improvement,which aims at providing reference for promoting moral education status and actual effect,and achieve the moral education goal of " cultivating talents by strengthening moral education" in universities.
