摘　　要：哲学社会科学工作者应服务于统筹推进"五位一体"总体布局和"四个全面"战略布局,强化新形势下的意识形态工作,把政府、学界、业界三方面力量整合起来,实现规划主管部门、规划研究教学部门、规划实务部门三方面的资源整合和平台搭建,紧盯湖北发展的实际需求,建设高端智库,为决策提供管用、可操作的建议。Philosophy and social sciences workers should serve to promote the make overall layout of the "five in one" and the strategic layout of "four comprehensives", strengthen the ideological work in the new situation,integrate the forces of government, academia and industry, realize the resource integration and platform building of the planning department, planning, research and teaching departments, planning and implementing departments, keep an eye on the actual needs of the development of Hubei Province, construct high-end think tanks, and provide effective and operable recommendations for decision-making.
