摘　　要：本文对XX财产保险股份有限公司的车险承保状况进行分析,借助定量和定性研究方法,探讨该公司在车险承保过程中存在的问题,例如道德风险难于控制,违规操作难以避免,承保业务的精细化管理欠缺等,并提出相应的对策建议,以便促进该公司车险承保的高效运作和效益提升。This paper analyzes auto insurance underwriting situation on XX Property Insurance Co., Ltd.. With the help of quantitativeand qualitative research methods, it discussed the problems existing in the course of auto Insurance underwriting, such as moral hazard isdifficult to control, difficult to avoid violation operation, lack of fine management of underwriting business, and so on, and put forwardcorresponding countermeasures and suggestions, which was to promote high efficient operation and the promotion of benefit of the company＇sauto insurance underwriting.
