摘　　要：为保证家庭经济困难学生能够顺利完成学业,国务院制定了学生资助系列政策,不断加大资助力度,并逐步建立了奖、助、贷、勤、补、免"等多层次的资助体系。如何高效合理地利用目前的资助政策,科学整合各项资助资源,最大化地发挥资助体系的助困与育人效能,促进学生健康成长!成为高校助学工作中亟待解决的问题。In order to ensure that students with financial difficulties can successfully complete their studies, the State Council formulated a series of policies on student funding and continuously increased funding support. A multi-level funding system such as award, aid, loan,service, subsidy and exemption was gradually established. How to utilize the current subsidy policy efficiently and reasonably, integrate all kinds of subsidized resources scientifically, exert the subsidy and educating effectiveness of the subsidized system as much as possible to promote the healthy growth of students has become a problem to be solved urgently in the work of aiding students in colleges and universities.
