摘　　要：提出自然灾害救助时应急决策信息沟通的影响因素:数据敏感度,数据风险感知和数据关系需求。通过构建结构方程模型,分析各个因素之间的关系以及对应急决策信息沟通的影响,研究为提升应急决策信息沟通的效率和自然灾害救助能力提供参考借鉴。This paper puts forward the decision making influencing factors of information communication in natural disaster relief: data sensitivity, data risk perception and data relationship demand. A structural equation model is established, and the relationships between various factors and influences of information communication are analyzed in this paper. The study can provide reference for improving the efficiency of emergency information communication and natural disaster rescue capability.
