运用JCI标准改进医院设施和安全管理:以厦门某三甲医院为例

摘　　要：医院设施及安全的管理在医院后勤管理中承担重要角色,是医院管理的重要组成部分,具有较强的专业性、不间断性。医院设施管理包括医疗设备系统、安全系统、医院运作等内容,以满足患者、员工、来宾不断变化的需求。医院安全管理是围绕医院建筑结构牢固、动线与空间设计既符合人体功能原理又符合院感管理要求的管理,包括建筑物及其设备设施的安全、医疗设备和物资的安全、治安安全、交通安全、消防安全等涉及多方面的一个完整体系。本文以国际公认的"JCI评审标准"为基础,在概述JCI相关理论基础上,结合厦门三甲医院实际情况阐述医院设施及安全管理举措及其成效。Hospital facilities and safety management play an important role in hospital logistics management and are an important part of hospital management. It is very professional and must be Uninterrupted supply. Hospital facilities management include medical equipment system, safty system, hospital operation, etc, so that it can satisfy patients staff and others changing demands. Hospital safety management around the hospital building firm structure, line and space design is in line with the human body function principle conforms to the requirements of the management of hospital infection management, including buildings and equipment safety, medical equipment and supplies security, public safety, traffc safety, fire safety and other related aspects of a complete system. Based on the internationally accepted JCI criteria, this paper elaborates the facilities and safety management measures and the results of the hospital in the light of the relevant theories of JCI.
