摘　　要：目的观察气囊式创可贴联合明胶海绵对经外周静脉穿刺中心静脉(PICC)置管后合并弥散性血管内凝血(DIC)患者的止血的效果。方法选取PICC置管后并发DIC的患者30例,按数字奇偶法分为观察组和对照组。对照组在PICC穿刺点上覆盖明胶海绵再覆盖2 cm×2 cm无菌纱布,然后再用透明敷贴固定后用弹力绷带包扎压迫止血;观察组在PICC穿刺点上覆盖明胶海绵后用气囊式创可贴包扎压迫止血。结果观察组局部渗血情况、舒适度总分值明显优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组换药次数明显少于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论气囊式创可贴联合明胶海绵有助于改善PICC置管后并发DIC患者局部的渗血情况,止血效果好,减少换药次数,患者舒适度高,值得临床及护理技术推广。Objective To observe the preventive effects of airbag type band-aids on the hemostasis effec of patients with disseminated intravascular coagulation （DIC） after peripheral venous puncture central vein （PICC）. Methods There were 30 patients with DIC after PICC catheter, and the digital parity method was divided into observation group and control group. The control group covered 2 cm×2 cm sterile gauze with gelatin sponge at the PICC puncture point, then used the elastic bandage bandage to bind the pressure to stop the bleeding. The observation group used airbag type band-aids to stop the bleeding after covering gelatin sponge at PICC puncture point. Results The local infiltration of the observation group was better than the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. The number of drug changes in the observation group was signifcantly lower than the control group, and the difference was statistically signifcant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The airbag band-aid in combination with gelatin sponge and help to improve the PICC catheter after local bleeding in patients with complicated with DIC, hemostatic effect is good, reduce the switching frequency, high patient comfort, worthy of clinical and nursing technology popularization.
