精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的研究精细化管理在神经内科护理管理中的应用效果。方法选择2015年11月—2016年11月医院收治的神经内科住院患者144例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组患者72例。对照组行常规护理管理,观察组行精细化护理管理。对比两组患者的护理质量,及发生并发症、不良事件的几率。结果观察组患者在护理操作、护理态度、护理文书等方面,评分均高于对照组患者(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生并发症、不良事件的几率低于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论在神经内科护理管理中,应用精细化管理的方法,能够取得更为理想的临床效果。Objective To study the application effect of meticulous management in neurology nursing management. Methods 144 cases of patients in Department of Neurology in November 2015- November 2016 admitted to the hospital, were randomly divided into control group and observation group, 72 cases in each group. The control group received routine nursing care, observation group received intensive nursing management the quality of nursing, and the incidence of complications, risk of adverse events of two groups were compared. Results The patients of observation group in the nursing operation, nursing attitude, nursing documents etc., scores were higher than control group （P 〈 0.05）. The observation group of patients with complications and adverse events and the probability of the patients was lower than that of the control group （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion In the nursing management of neurology department, the application of fne management method can achieve more ideal clinical effect.
