摘　　要：目的分析混合痔患者采用保留齿状线痔上黏膜套扎外痔切剥术进行治疗的临床效果。方法选取2012年5月—2017年2月我院收治的混合痔患者140例,随机分为两组,对照组采用外剥内扎术,观察组采用保留齿状线痔上黏膜套扎外痔切剥术,对比两组临床效果。结果观察组治疗总有效率为95.71%,优于对照组的68.57%,χ~2=17.5791,P<0.05;观察组切口愈合时间为(10.25±5.22)天,相对于对照组的(17.69±7.98)天更短,t=6.5279,P<0.05。结论混合痔患者采用保留齿状线痔上黏膜套扎外痔切剥术治疗的效果显著。Objective To analyze the patients with mixed hemorrhoid with preservation of the dentate line of hemorrhoidal mucosa ligation of external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery the clinical efect. Methods 140cases of mixed hemorrhoids treated from May 2012 to February 2017 in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups. The control group with milligan, observation group with retained dentate line hemorrhoidal mucosa ligation of external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery, the clinical efect of two groups were compared. Results The total efective rate in the observation group was 95.71%, superior to 68.57% of the control group, χ2=17.579 1, P 〈 0.05. The healing time of the incision in the observation group was （10.25±5.22） days, which was shorter than that of the control group （17.69±7.98） days, t=6.527 9, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Patients with Mixed Hemorrhoid with preservation of the dentate line of hemorrhoidal mucosa ligation of external hemorrhoids cutting and stripping surgery treatment efect is remarkable.
