盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合外用凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮疗效观察

摘　　要：目的探讨盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合外用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的疗效。方法选择我院2015年1—12月治疗的160例寻常型痤疮患者,任选其中80例为观察组,给予口服盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合外用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗,余80例为对照组,给予口服罗红霉素联合外用维胺酯维E乳膏治疗,比较两组的临床疗效。结果观察组临床治疗的有效率91.2%,高于对照组82.5%,而观察组不良反应发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义,P<0.05。结论盐酸米诺环素胶囊联合外用克林霉素磷酸酯凝胶治疗寻常型痤疮的效果显著,尤其可使丘疹脓疱炎性痤疮的皮损迅速消退,且不良反应少。Objective To investigate the efficacy of minocycline hydrochloride capsules combined with external clindamycin phosphate gel in the treatment of acne vulgaris. Methods 160 cases of acne vulgaris from January to december 2015 in our hospital were selected, 80 cases were treated minocycline hydrochloride capsules combined with the external use of clindamycin phosphate gel treatment as the observation group, the others were treated oral roxithromycin combined with viaminati vitamin E treatment as the control group, the clinical efcacy of the two groups were compared. Results The efective rate of clinical treatment in the observation group was 91.2%, which was higher than that of the control group （82.5%）. The incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that of the control group, and the difference was statistically significant, P 〈 0.05. Conclusion Minocycline hydrochloride capsules combined with external clindamycin Phosphate gel for the treatment of acne vulgaris, the effect is significant, in particular, the skin lesions of pustular pustular pustules can rapidly fadeaway and have less adverse reactions
