百年潮--近代以来的中国文化转型及对当代文化强国建设的历史启示

摘　　要：文化互动、批判吸收、互镜创新是文化发展的内在动力,也是文化繁荣的重要机制。近代以来,中国的文化发展经历了两轮中西文化互动,推动了中华文化在社会形态和发展阶段上曲折演进、次序交错的双重转型,走出了一条不同于西方文化转型模式的社会主义文化现代化道路。这场历经百年但仍处于进行时的中国文化转型历程就像是一波百年潮,表现出发展动力上的"有风有浪"、发展路向上的"有的有向"、发展形态上的"有争有融"、发展速度上的"有缓有烈"四大基本特征,体现了文化在交流互鉴中得以发展的客观规律。在全球化环境下建设中国特色社会主义文化强国,需要树立高度的文化自信和文化自觉,逐步实现近代以来形成的对西方文化的"脱敏";吸取近代以来中国文化转型的历史经验,尊重文化发展的客观规律,不能把文化过度政治化和意识形态化;坚持文化传承、文化借鉴和文化创新,合理吸收中国传统优秀文化和世界文明有益成果,从而牢牢把握中华文化现代化转型的主动权。Cultural interaction, criticizing and absorbing, mutual learning and innovation are the inner impetuses to promote cultural development, as well as the important mechanism of cultural prosperity. From modern times till now, Chinese cultural development has gone through interaction between Chinese culture and Western culture, which promotes Chinese culture’s double transitions that moved forward tortuously and developed staggerly in social formation and developmental stage,and walked out a road to achieve socialist cultural modernization that is different from Western cultural transition model. The Chinese cultural transition that went through a hundred years, shows four basic characteristics, including external invading and internal adaption in development impetus, clear goal in development direction, competition and compatibility in development form, tardiness and rapidness in speed of development. Contemporary Chinese cultural transition is in the globalization process. It is also a new contest and interaction between Chinese culture and Western culture.
