摘 要:针对探月样品转移过程中3段导向结构相互独立且存在中心偏差下的容差设计需求,运用尺寸链原理及计算方法推导出了样品容器与导向结构之间的导向精度与转移过程中零件加工装配精度、对接精度、位置偏差、温度变形等的关系,获得了在各项偏差可实现的范围下的转移容差设计的最优值,同时实现了机构平均功率最小化。设计结果得到了样品转移试验验证,可为探月三期工程实现样品容器在轨的顺利转移提供依据。The dimensional chain principle and the force analysis were adopted in this paper to design and analyze the tolerance in the transfer process of the sample container.The accuracy design was finally realized for the guide structures which were independent of each other under the installation deviation.By using the dimensional chain calculation,the relationships of the gap between the container and the guide structures with the machining error,the installation error and the docking deviation in the transfer process were analyzed.The optimal transfer tolerance was obtained within the achievable deviation ranges.At the same time,the minimum power consumption was realized.The designed results were verified by the transfer verification test.It can provide a good basis for the smooth on-orbit transfer of the sample container.
