摘 要:为了研究不同乙烯-四氟乙烯(ethylene tetrafluoroethylene,ETFE)薄膜光伏一体化形式的电-热-力性能,在日照辐射强度为1000 W/m2的光照条件下,分别对ETFE衬底的柔性薄膜太阳能电池(S1试件)及双层ETFE覆膜的单条柔性薄膜太阳能电池试件(S2试件)进行单轴拉伸试验,得到了应力-应变曲线、温度及电压变化曲线并分析了电-热-力性能之间的相互作用现象。试验结果表明:S1试件的屈服应力为20.2 MPa,弹性模量为1110 MPa,开路电压存在明显的下降突变点,试件S1的破坏原因是膜材断裂;S2试件在试验过程中电池条出现滑移现象,屈服应力为6.6 MPa,弹性模量为715 MPa。当拉伸至应变为10%时,电压波动较大直至降为0 V,与试件S1相比,试件S2电-热-力性能之间的相互影响较为显著。To study the electric-thermal-mechanical behaviors of different forms of(ethylene tetrafluoroethylene) ETFE integrated photovoltaics,uniaxial tensile tests of flexible thin film solar cells on ETFE film substrates(S1),single flexible thin film solar cells on double layer ETFE film substrates(S2) were carried out under irradiation of 1000 W/m^2.Stress-stain curves,temperature and voltage curves of these specimens were obtained and the electric-thermal-mechanical behaviors were analyzed.The results showed that the yield strength and elastic modulus of S1 were 20.2 MPa and 1110 MPa,respectively.The output voltage of S1 suddenly decreased as the strain increased.The failure reason of S1 specimen was film fracture.The PV strip of S2 slipped in the experiment.The yield strength and elastic modulus of S2 were 6.6 MPa and 715 MPa,respectively.The voltage fluctuated dramatically and then decreased to 0 V when the strain reached to 10%.Coupled electricthermal-mechanical behaviors of S2 were more significant than that of S1.
