尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术在尿道下裂治疗中的应用分析

摘　　要：目的:分析尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术应用于尿道下裂治疗的临床效果。方法:选择86例尿道下裂患儿,根据手术方式分为观察组与对照组,每组43例。对照组实施常规横裁包皮瓣(Duckett),管型尿道成形术;观察组实施尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术(Snodgrass);对比两组患儿治疗效果。结果:观察组治疗有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的81.40%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:尿道板纵切卷管尿道成形术应用于尿道下裂患者具有良好的治疗效果。Objective To analyze clinical effects of tubularized incised plate urethroplasty in hypospadias. Methods： 86 pa-tients with hypospadias were selected and divided into obser^^ation group and control group according to the operative methods, each with 43 cases. The control group received Duckett procedure and tubularized urethroplasty,while the observation group was treated with tubularized incised plate urethroplasty （Snodgrass）. The therapeutic effects of the two groups were compared. Results： The effective rate of the observation group was 95.35 %,which was higher than that of the control group （81.40 % ）,and the difference was statis-tically significant （ P〈0.05）. Conclusions ： Tubularized incised plate urethroplasty has good effects in the treatment of hypospadias.【
