行腹腔镜胃穿孔修补术患者的护理方法与护理效果评析

摘　　要：目的分析腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术患者的护理方法与护理效果。方法将2016年2月至2017年4月我院收治的160例腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术患者随机分为常规组与系统组,各80例。常规组实施常规护理干预,系统组实施系统护理干预。比较两组患者的护理满意度、住院时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间及干预前后患者的QOL、SAS、VAS评分。结果系统组患者的护理满意度高于常规组(P<0.05);干预后,两组患者的QOL、SAS及VAS评分显著改善,且系统组优于常规组(P<0.05)。系统组患者的住院时间、首次排气时间、首次排便时间、下床活动时间均短于常规组(P<0.05)。系统组并发症总发生率低于常规组(P<0.05)。结论给予腹腔镜下胃穿孔修补术患者系统护理干预的护理效果显著,可提高患者护理满意度,值得推广。Objective To analyze the nursing methods and nursing eff ects in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastricperforation repair. Methods From February 2016 to April 2017, 160 patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric perforationrepair in our hospital were randomly divided into routine group and system group, with 80 cases in each group. The routinegroup was given routine nursing intervention, and the system group was given system nursing intervention. The nursingsatisfaction, hospital stays, time of first excretion, time of first defecation, time of ambulation and the QOL, SAS, VAS scoresbefore and after intervention were compared between the two groups. Results The nursing satisfaction rate in the systemgroup was higher than that of the routine group （P〈0.05）. After intervention, the QOL, SAS and VAS scores of both groupssignificantly improved, and those of the system group were superior to the routine group（P〈0.05）. The hospital stays, time offirst excretion, time of first defecation and time of ambulation in the system group were shorter than those in the routinegroup （P〈0.05）. The total incidence of complications in the system group was lower than that in the routine group （P〈0.05）.Conclusion System nursing intervention in patients undergoing laparoscopic gastric perforation repair has significant nursingeffect, it can improve the nursing satisfaction of patients, which is worth promoting.
