综合护理对急性前葡萄膜炎患者SAS、SDS评分的影响分析

摘　　要：目的研究综合护理对急性前葡萄膜炎患者SAS、SDS评分的影响。方法将我院眼科收治的110例急性前葡萄膜炎患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组(n=55)和对照组(n=55)。对照组患者给予常规护理,观察组患者给予综合护理。比较两组患者的护理效果,护理前、后患者的SAS、SDS评分,治疗依从性。结果观察组的护理显效率和总有效率均明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,两组患者SAS和SDS评分均显著下降,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。护理后,观察组患者治疗依从性优占比及优良率均显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论综合护理能显著改善急性前葡萄膜炎患者的疗效,同时改善降低了患者的焦虑及抑郁心理,提升了患者的治疗依从性。Objective To study the effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on SAS and SDS scores in patients with acute anterior uveitis. Methods A total of 110 patients with acute anterior uveitis admitted in our hospital were selected as study objects and randomly divided into observation group（n=55） and control group（n=55）. Patients in the control group were given routine care and patients in the observation group were given comprehensive nursing. The nursing effects, SAS and SDS scores before and after nursing, treatment compliance were compared in the two groups. Results The excellence rate and total effective rate of nursing in observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the SAS and SDS scores decreased significantly in both groups, and those in the observation group were lower than the control group（P〈0.05）. After nursing, the superior proportion and the total excellent and good proportion of the treatment compliance in the observation group were significantly higher than those of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion Comprehensive nursing can significantly improve the efficacy in patients with acute anterior uveitis, and can effectively improve the anxiety and depression of patients, enhance the patients＇ treatment compliance.
