气压治疗预防高龄产妇剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓形成的效果观察

摘　　要：目的探讨早期双下肢气压治疗预防高龄产妇剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓形成的效果。方法选取我院2016年2月至2016年12月剖宫产术后行双下肢气压治疗的高龄产妇86例为治疗组,通过病历回顾选取2015年2月至2015年12月剖宫产分娩的高龄产妇65例为对照组。对照组给予常规剖宫产围手术期护理;在对照组基础上,治疗组产妇术后返回病房后立即给予双下肢气压治疗。观察两组产妇产后42 d内静脉血栓发生情况。结果治疗组有3例发生下肢静脉血栓,对照组有10例发生静脉血栓,两组有效预防静脉血栓率分别为96.51%、84.62%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论剖宫产术后早期双下肢气压治疗可有效预防高龄产妇剖宫产术后下肢静脉血栓的形成,值得推广。Objective To explore the effect of early pressure treatment of double lower extremities on prevention of venous thrombosis of lower extremities after cesarean section in elderly puerpera. Methods From February 2016 to December2016, 86 cases of elderly puerpera with pressure treatment of double lower extremities after cesarean section in our hospital were enrolled into the treatment group. Through retrospective analysis of medical records, 65 cases of elderly puerpera delivered by cesarean section from February 2015 to December 2015 were selected as the control group. The control group was given routine cesarean section perioperative nursing; on the basis of the control group, the treatment group was given pressure treatment of double lower extremity immediately after return to the ward. The incidence of venous thromboembolism within 42 d after delivery was observed in two groups. Results Venous thrombosis occurred in 3 cases in the treatment group and occurred in 10 cases in the control group. The effective rates of venous thrombosis prevention in the two groups were 96.51% and 84.62% respectively, the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Early pressure treatment of double lower extremity after cesarean section in elderly puerpera can effectively prevent the venous thrombosis of lower extremities, which is worthy of promotion.
