摘　　要：目的:探讨影响精神专科医院临床护士焦虑、自我效能感的相关因素。方法:抽取我院临床一线护士113名,对其进行自我效能感量表、焦虑自评量表评分,分析两者之间的相关性。结果:精神专科临床护士焦虑与自我效能感呈负相关(P<0.001)。本组精神专科临床护士焦虑自评量表评分显著高于全国常模(P<0.001)。焦虑组护士的自我效能感评分明显低于非焦虑组(P<0.001)。结论:自我效能感水平可对精神专科临床护士的焦虑状态造成影响,两者之间呈负相关,便于了解临床护士的心理健康情况。精神专科医院临床护士的自我效能感普遍较低,焦虑等不良情绪较为突出,医院管理人员应给予足够关注度,改善临床护士的心理状态,促进其心理健康。Objective：To explore the related factors affecting anxiety and self-efficacy of clinical nurses in psychiatric hospitals.Methods：to select 113 clinical nurses in our hospital,evaluate their self-efficacy scale and anxiety self rating scale,and analyze the correlation between them.Results：there was a negative correlation between anxiety and self-efficacy in psychiatric clinical nurses（P〈0.001）.The scores of anxiety self-rating scale of psychiatric clinical nurses were significantly higher than that of the national norm（P〈0.001）.The self-efficacy scores of the nurses in the anxiety group were significantly lower than that in the non anxiety group（P〈0.001）.Conclusion：the level of self-efficacy could influence the anxiety state of clinical nurses in psychiatric specialty,and there was a negative correlation between them,which was convenient to understand the mental health of clinical nurses.The self efficacy of clinical nurses in psychiatric hospitals was generally low,anxiety and other negative emotions were more prominent.Hospital administrators should pay enough attention to improve their psychological state and promote their mental health.
