个性化护理对中药熏洗治疗血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒及满意度的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨个性化护理对中药熏洗治疗血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒及满意度的影响。方法:选取我院2015年1月~2016年12月血液透析患者60例,将患者随机等分为对照组和试验组,两组患者均进行中药熏洗治疗,对照组患者在此基础上进行常规护理,试验组患者在对照组的基础上进行个性化护理。干预1个月,比较两组患者皮肤瘙痒治疗效果及满意度。结果:试验组患者的疗效高于对照组(P<0.05),皮肤瘙痒程度评分低于对照组(P<0.05),满意度高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:个性化护理能够有效改善中药熏洗治疗血液透析患者皮肤瘙痒的效果,提高患者的满意度。Objective：To explore the effect of individualized nursing on the treatment of skin pruritus and satisfaction in hemodialysis patients with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.Methods：A total of 60 hemodialysis patients in our hospital from January 2015 to December 2016 were selected and randomly and equally divided into control group and test group.The patients in the two groups were treated with traditional Chinese medicine fumigation.The control group received conventional nursing based on traditional Chinese medicine fumigation,while the test group received individualized nursing on the basis of the nursing of the control group.The treatment effect of skin pruritus and satisfaction were compared after one-month intervention between the two groups.Results：The efficacy in the test group was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the score of skin pruritus was lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,and the satisfaction was higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Individualized nursing can effectively improve the treatment effect of Chinese medicine fumigation treatment on the skin pruritus of hemodialysis patients and improve the satisfaction of patients.
