老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病应用人性化护理干预的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:分析老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病应用人性化护理干预的效果。方法:选择2015年11月~2016年11月于本院接诊的106例老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病患者作为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其等分为观察组与对照组,对照组给予常规护理干预,观察组在此基础上给予人性化护理干预,观察两组患者的生活质量、SDS与SAS评分、治疗效果。结果:人性化护理干预后,观察组患者的自理能力、躯体症状、社会关系、心理状况等评分均显著高于对照组;人性化护理前,观察组患者的SDS,SAS评分与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);人性化护理干预后,观察组患者SDS,SAS评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);观察组患者的治疗有效率明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:采用人性化护理干预,能够有效提高患者的生活质量及治疗效果,值得推广。Objective：To analyze the effect of humanized nursing intervention on elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods：To select 106 elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease admitted to our hospital from November 2015 to November 2016 as the research object,and divide them into observation group and control group according to random number table method;the control group was given routine nursing intervention,the observation group was given humanistic nursing intervention on the basis of this,and the quality of life,SDS scores,SAS scores and therapeutic effect of the two groups were observed.Results：After humanistic nursing intervention,the scores of self-care ability,physical symptoms,social relations and psychological status in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group;before humanistic nursing,there was not statistically significance in SDS and SAS scores between the observation group and the control group（P〈0.05）;after humanistic nursing intervention,SDS and SAS scores of patients in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group（P〈0.05）;and the treatment efficiency of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Humanistic nursing intervention could effectively improve the quality of life and treatment effect of patients,and it was worth popularizing.
