快速康复外科护理用于胃癌胃大部切除后患者的护理效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨快速康复外科护理对行胃大部切除术胃癌患者的护理效果。方法:选择2016年3月~2017年6月经我科收治拟行胃大部切除术的100例胃癌患者,并按数字表法随机分为对照组48例和观察组52例。两组患者均实施常规护理干预模式,在此基础上,观察组采用快速康复外科护理方法。对比两组患者首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间、体重减少量、术后住院时间、并发症发生率及护理效果优良率。结果:观察组患者首次排气时间、肠鸣音恢复时间均明显早于对照组(P<0.05);观察组体质量减少量低于对照组(P<0.05),且患者术后住院时间短于对照组(P<0.05);观察组并发症发生率低于对照组,护理效果优良率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃大部切除术后患者实施快速康复外科护理模式可有效提高其临床护理效果,促进患者早日康复。Objective：To explore the nursing effect of rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing for patients with gastric cancer undergoing subtotal gastrectomy.Methods：To select 100 patients with gastric cancer who were admitted to our Department for subtotal gastrectomy from March 2016 to June 2017,also divide them into control group（48 cases） and observation group（52 cases） randomly according to the numerical table method.Both groups of patients were treated with conventional nursing intervention mode,and on this basis,the observation group were treated with rapid rehabilitation surgery.The first exhaust time,intestinal sound recovery time,weight loss,postoperative hospitalization time,incidence of complication rate and excellent rate of nursing effect were compared between the two groups.Results：The first exhaust time and the recovery time of intestinal sound in the observation group were significantly earlier than those in the control group（P〈0.05）;the decrease of body mass in observation group was lower than that in control group（P〈0.05）,and the postoperative hospitalization time was shorter than that in control group（P〈0.05）;the incidence of complication rate of observation group was lower than that of control group,and the excellent nursing effect rate was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The nursing mode of rapid rehabilitation surgery after subtotal gastrectomy could effectively improve the clinical nursing effect and promote the early recovery of the patients.
