摘　　要：目的:探讨开展QCC活动在手术标本管理中的应用效果。方法:成立QCC小组,对2016年1~12月手术标本管理中存在的问题采用鱼骨图进行分析,并针对人、物、环、法4方面进行改进。将改进前后的状况进行比较。结果:实施QCC活动后,手术标本缺陷率由原来的3.87%下降至0.24%,目标达成率151.88%,进步率93.80%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:开展QCC活动降低了手术标本管理缺陷发生率,提高了手术标本管理质量,杜绝了标本错放、混淆、丢失等所引发的医疗纠纷,保证了医疗护理质量。提高了圈员的综合能力,使圈员的自我价值得到充分发挥。Objective：To explore the application effect of QCC activity in the management of surgical specimen.Methods：A QCC team was set up to analyze the problems in operative specimen management from January to December of 2016,and fishbone diagram was adopted to make improvement in four aspects,namely personnel,raw material,environment and method.The situation before and after improvement were compared.Results：After the implementation of QCC activity,the defect rate of the surgical specimen decreased from 3.87% to 0.24%,with target reaching rate of 151.88% and progress rate of 93.80%,and the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The development of QCC activity reduces the incidence of management defect rate of surgical specimens,improves the quality of surgical specimen management,and eliminates the medical disputes caused by misplacing,confusion and losing of specimens,so as to ensure the quality of medical care.The comprehensive ability of the circle members has been improved and the self-value is fully exerted.
