3M干洗洁肤液联和局部赛肤润涂擦在新生儿红臀中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨3M干洗洁肤液联和局部赛肤润涂擦在新生儿红臀中的应用。方法:将2016年1~8月我院2758例使用局部赛肤润涂擦的新生儿设为对照组,2016年9月~2017年4月采用3M干洗洁肤液与局部赛肤润涂擦综合干预的2853例新生儿设为观察组,对比两组新生儿红臀发生情况、发生程度、治愈情况及治愈时间。结果:观察组新生儿红臀发生程度明显轻于对照组(P<0.05),观察组新生儿治愈情况显著高于对照组(P<0.05),治愈时间明显短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组新生儿家属满意度显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:3M干洗洁肤液联合局部赛肤润涂擦能够有效降低新生儿红臀发生率,减轻病情严重程度,且治疗效果显著,家属满意度较高。Objective：To explore the application of 3M dry cleaning lotion combined with topical Sanyrene rubbed on neonatal red buttocks.Methods：To select 2758 newborns who used Sanyrene from January to August 2016 in our hospital as control group,select 2853 newborns who used 3M dry cleaning lotion and local Sanyrene from September 2016 to April 2017 in our hospital as the observation group.The incidence,severity,cure and cure time of red buttocks were compared between the two groups.Results：The incidence of neonatal red buttocks in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the cure rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group（P〈0.05）,the cure time was significantly shorter than that in the control group the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）;the family satisfaction of the observation group was significantly higher than that of the control group（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：3M dry cleaning lotion combined with local Sanyrene could effectively reduce the incidence of neonatal red buttocks and the severity of the disease,the treatment effect was significant,and the degree of family satisfaction was higher.
