摘  要:【目的】研究玉米新品种"喜相伴99"的选育过程、品种特性和在广西玉米新品种区域试验中的表现,为该品种的推广应用提供技术支撑。【方法】"喜相伴99"以自选自交系"南616-8"作母本,"南2033"作父本,利用系谱选育方法进行选育。以广西主栽玉米品种作为对照,进行3年6地点的试验和示范。介绍"喜相伴99"的选育过程、特征特性及配套栽培技术。【结果】2012年广西玉米新品种区试,两季平均产量为7582.5kg/hm^2,排第10位;相邻对照正大619(CK2)平均产量为7011kg/hm^2,比对照平均增产8.2%,一年两季11参试点次有10个点比对照增产,占参试点次90.9%。田间调查大斑病平均2.6级,纹枯病2.4%,锈病3级。【结论】"喜相伴99"具有高产、稳产、适应性广、耐旱耐瘠和蛋白质含量高等特点,2014年通过审定,适宜在广西各地区及相似生态区种植。【Objective】This research focuses on the breeding process,variety characteristics and the performance of "Xixiangban 99"in the regional test of New Maize Varieties in Guangxi,in order to provide technical support for its application.【Method】"Xixiangban 99"is developed by pedigree selection method using"Nan 616-8"as the female parent and"Nan 2033"as male parent.The three-year-long experiment has been conducted at six sites in Guangxi with the main maize varieties as control.【Result】In two-season experiment in 2012,the average yield of"Xixiangban 99"was 7582. 5 kg/hm^2,ranked tenth.The average yield of adjacent control Zhengda 619( CK2) was 7011 kg/hm^2. The average yield of"Xixiangban 99"was 8. 2% higher than CK. The average yield of 10 in 11 sites was higher than CK,accounting for 90. 9% pilot.【Conclusion】Field investigation showed turcicum leaf blight was 2. 6 grade,sheath blight was 2. 4% ,and the southern rust was three-grade. With the character of high yield,stable yield,wide adaptability,drought resistance and high protein content,"Xixiangban 99"registered and approved in 2014,is suitable for various regions in Guangxi and similar ecological planting areas.
