摘 要:【目的】寻求高效环保的理想的药剂,为柑桔溃疡病化学防治提供科学依据。【方法】采用抑菌圈法,测定5种杀菌剂对柑桔溃疡病菌(Xanthomonas citri subsp.citri)的毒力,并进行了田间药效果试验。【结果】对柑桔溃疡病菌的毒力最强的是"32%唑酮·乙蒜素乳油",EC50为0.9512μg/ml;其次是"2%春雷霉素水剂",EC50为22.1449μg/ml;而"46%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂"、"3%噻霉酮微乳剂"和"20%噻菌铜悬浮剂"次之,EC50分别为446.2117μg/ml、2099.1205μg/ml和2302.8969μg/ml。田间药效试验"32%唑酮·乙蒜素乳油"、"2%春雷霉素水剂"防治效果最好,两种药剂与"46%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂"、"3%噻霉酮微乳剂"和"20%噻菌铜悬浮剂"防治效果差异显著,"32%唑酮·乙蒜素乳油"与"46%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂"、"3%噻霉酮微乳剂"和"20%噻菌铜悬浮剂"差异极显著;"46%氢氧化铜可湿性粉剂"、"3%噻霉酮微乳剂"和"20%噻菌铜悬浮剂差"差异不显著。【结论】"唑酮·乙蒜素"和"春雷霉素"与其它药剂防治效果差异显著,防效达90%以上,在柑桔溃疡病可持续防治上,可以推广使用。【Objective】It's of great significance to find out efficient and environment-friendly fungicides to kill Botryosphaeria Dothidea of citrus.【Method】By using an inhibition zone method,the field experiment is conducted to measure the potency of five fungicides to kill Botryosphaeria Dothidea of citrus.【Result】Results show that: 32% Triadimefon has the strongest potency( EC50= 0. 9512μg/ml); 2% kasugamycin water has the second strongest potency( EC50= 22. 1449μg/ml); next come 46% copper hydroxide WP( EC50= 446. 2117μg/ml),3% cefotaxime microemulsion( EC50= 2099. 1205μg/ml) and 20% thiodiazole copper SC( EC50= 2302. 8969μg/ml); in terms of prevention & cure effect,32% Triadimefon and 2% kasugamycin water perform best,which have more remarkable effects than 46% copper hydroxide WP,3% cefotaxime microemulsion and 20% thiodiazole copper SC; among the four fungicides( 32% Triadimefon,46% copper hydroxide WP,3% cefotaxime microemulsion and 20% thiodiazole copper SC),the effects are dramatically different; among the three fungicides( 46% copper hydroxide WP,3% cefotaxime microemulsion and 20% thiodiazole copper SC),the effects are slightly different.【Conclusions】Conclusions are: due to its effects of prevention and cure( 90% ),Triadimefon and kasumin with remarkably better performance are recommended.
