高校专项资金管理存在的问题及对策分析

摘　　要：近年来随着经济的日益快速发展,政府提高了教育资金的投入额度,在各大高等院校中设有不同用途的专项资金,如用于基础设施建设、实训室建设等,这对于高校的建设和发展影响巨大,提高了学院的硬件配置,有利于学院的人才建设。然而在专项资金使用过程中依然存在不少问题,影响了资金的使用效率,论文通过分析高校专项资金管理中存在的问题并提出了针对性的对策,对于专项资金的合理使用具有参考意义。In recent years, with the increasingly rapid development of economic, the government improves investment in education funding,establishes different types of special funds in each university, such as infrastructure construction, training room construction and other projects, it has huge influence on the construction and development of universities, improves the hardware configuration of colleges, and it is good for the college's talent construction. However, in the using process of special funds, there are still many problems that affects the use efficiency of the funds. This paper analyzes the problems existing in special funds management of colleges and universities, and puts forward the countermeasures,it has reference significance for the reasonable use of special funds.
