苯胺对4-AAP光度法测定苯酚类化合物干扰规律的研究

摘  要:以4-AAP萃取光度法测定水中挥发酚为例,研究分析了苯胺的干扰规律,并得出以下结论:当被测体系中ρ(苯胺)≤1mg/L时,对挥发酚的测定没有影响;当1mg/L<ρ(苯胺)<10mg/L时,苯胺对挥发酚的测定产生微弱的干扰,可使用盐酸调节被测体系pH值消除干扰,再蒸馏后进行测定;当ρ(苯胺)≥10mg/L时,使用二氯甲烷萃取消除干扰,再蒸馏后进行测定,或使用气相色谱-质谱或液相色谱仪测定。当采用该方法测定环境空气中苯酚类化合物时,苯胺对测定没有干扰。According to 4 AAP extraction spectrophotometric determination of volatile phenols in water,this paper arrived at the following conclusions based on the interference of aniline.When the concentration of aniline in water is equal to 1 mg/L or less than 1 mg/L,there is no interference on the determination of volatile phenols;when the concentration of aniline is between1 mg/L and less than 10 mg/L,there is a weak interference of volatile phenols,and hydrochloric acid can be used to adjust the pH value of measured system to eliminate interference,and the determination is carried out after distillation;when the concentration of aniline is equal to 10 mg/L or greater than 10 mg/L,the interference was eliminated by dichloromethane extraction,and then determined after distillation,or by gas chromatography mass spectrometry or liquid chromatography.When the method was used to determine phenols in ambient air,aniline did not interfere with the determination.
