摘  要:目前甲醇较成熟的制备工艺主要是以煤炭为原料,经过煤气化、灰水处理、变换工序、净化以及甲醇合成和精馏一系列的工序,是生产甲醇最主要的工艺路线。本文采用水煤浆加压气化替代传统甲醇制备工序中的煤气化工艺,并选择Mega联合甲醇合成技术作为优化工艺的参考,对水煤浆加压气化制备甲醇工艺中煤气化的设备进行简单介绍,并就各工序能耗情况进行简要分析。At present,mature preparation process for methanol is mainly based on coal as raw material,and a series of processes for gasification,ash water treatment,purification and transformation procedure,methanol synthesis and distillation,which is the main process for methanol production.The coal water slurry gasification process replaces the traditional coal gasification process in methanol preparation process,and Mega combined methanol synthesis technology is taken as reference for optimization process.The coal gasification equipment in coal water slurry pressurized gasification preparation process of methanol are introduced,and a brief analysis of the energy consumption of each process is provided.
