摘  要:采用SEM和荧光显微镜分析天然沥青对软质沥青的改性机理和复合效果,用正交试验确定复合结合料的制备工艺,通过室内试验分析不同类型天然沥青和剂量对复合沥青结合料的高温、低温和抗老化性能的影响。研究结果表明:天然沥青通过吸收软质沥青的轻质组分,形成微观多相、宏观均匀的稳定的分布体系;通过预拌-增强技术的复合沥青结合料的感温性能、高温性能和老化性能得以提高,但低温性能有所降低;综合考虑性能,建议TLA天然湖沥青、布敦沥青适宜掺量为25%,青川沥青和阿尔巴尼亚沥青适宜掺量为8%。“The pre-mixed & enhanced” mixing process that means the mixture can be constructed under relatively lower temperature and show good performances at high and low temperature, resulting the best economic and environmental benefits. In this study, firstly, the natural asphalt performance improvement mechanism was studied through SEM and Fluorescence Microscope based on the micro modification mechanism. And then, Orthogonal Experiment was carried out to determine the preparation technology. Last, the performance of asphalt compound binding material with different types and percent were analyzed,the research shows that there is a stable structure of micro heterogeneous and macro evenly between natural and soft asphalt. Futhermore, the research indicated that the high temperature property and aging performance of binder are improved, while low temperature performance is reduced. To sum up, the great doses are 25% percent for TLA and Buton asphalt, besides, 8% for Qing Chuan and Albania asphalt.
