摘　　要：随着勘查投资的逐年降低,勘查行业面临来自国家和市场的改革要求。勘查行业的健康发展离不开可持续的勘查投资机制。引入专业化的风险勘查投资基金是完善我国勘查行业投资机制的重要途径。矿产勘查行业内引入风险投资机制,可以借鉴创业投资相关做法,设立风险投资引导基金和风险投资基金,按照风险偏好的不同,分别为高风险的初期勘查项目和相对低风险的中后期勘查项目进行投资。通过两只基金的分工协作,促进勘查项目走向成熟,推动勘查行业走向健康发展。With the decrease of prospecting investment year by year, the prospecting industry is facing the reform requirements from the country and the market. The healthy development of the prospecting industry is inseparable from the sustainable investment mechanism. The introduction of specialized venture capital fund is an important way to improve the investment mechanism of China's prospecting industry. The venture capital mechanism of the mineral prospecting industry can learn from the practice of venture capital, and establish venture capital guidance fund and venture capital fund. According to different risk appetite, respectively, invest in the high-risk initial prospecting projects and relatively low-risk mid-late prospecting projects. Through the division and cooperation of the two funds, promote the prospecting projects maturation and the prospecting industry healthy development.
