摘 要:在发动机的制造业中,由于产品要求的特殊性,很多孔径相同的孔不在一个平面上,用FANUC系统的固有循环加工此类孔,出现刀具路径过长的现象,造成加工时间的浪费现象。运用宏程序技术开发的几个自定义钻孔循环,可以克服上述的缺点。在NX CAM进行自动编程结果输出时,运用NX POST BUILDER构建的常规后处理程序,只能实现FANUC系统固有循环的调用,基于TCL语言,对其后处理进行二次开发,调用用户开发的自定义钻孔循环,进而实现软件自动编程技术与自定义钻孔循环的无缝结合。There are many holes with same diameter in different plane because of the particularity of product requirements in the manufacturing of the engine. When those holes are be drilled with canned cycles of Fanuc control system it will produce a longer tool path and waste the machining time. Efficient processing can be achieved using user-defined cycles developed by technology of macro variables for those holes drillings. NX POST BUILDER can construct the common post processing procedures easily and FANUC canned cycles can be achieved only using the procedures when the NX CAMoutputs program automatically. It can realize the custom cycle call to develop the procedures based on the TCL language. This method achieved good integration of software programming technology and user defined drilling cycles.
