摘 要:比较传统方法与微波合成新技术对于穿心莲内酯衍生物的合成效果。采用高效液相色谱法对比两种方法的反应体系中目标产物和副产物的含量。结果表明,微波反应体系中目标产物的含量较传统反应体系较高,副产物含量较低。验证了微波合成技术具有提升反应的效率、提高产率、降低副产物的生成等优点,为穿心莲内酯衍生物的合成提供了新思路。The synthesis effects on andrographolide derivatives by the traditional method and the new technology of microwave synthesis are compared,and the high performance liquid chromatography is used to contrast the contents of the target products and by-products in the reaction systems of the two methods.The results show that the content of the target product in the microwave reaction system is higher than that in the traditional reaction system,and the content of the by-product is low.It is verified that the microwave synthesis technology has the advantages of improving the reaction efficiency,increasing the yield,reducing the formation of by-products,etc.,which provides a new idea for the synthesis of andrographolide derivatives.
