摘  要:结合"中国制造2025"和工业界对多轴数控人才的急迫需求,科学合理设置多轴数控铣削加工类本科毕业设计教学体系,从CAD到CAM全方位锻炼学生多轴加工各方面能力,在培养高级别多轴数控加工人才方面进行有益探索。实践表明,五轴铣削加工类本科毕业设计培养体系是有效的、合理的,并且取得了良好的教学效果和社会效益。In combination with the"Made in China 2025"strategy and the industry's urgent demand for multiaxis numerical control talents,the teaching system of undergraduate graduation design for multi-axis numerical control milling is scientifically and reasonably set up.The students' ability is trained in an all-round way from CAD(computer aided design)to CAM(computer aided manufacture)for the multi-axis machining,and the useful exploration is carried out on the training of high-level talents in the multi-axis numerical control machining.The practice shows that the training system of undergraduate graduation design for the five-axis milling is effective and reasonable,and the good teaching effect and social benefits are achieved.
