摘 要:利用非分光红外(NDIR)原理以及无线传感技术(Zigbee网络)设计了基于NDIR原理的CO_2浓度在线监测系统,实现对CO_2浓度的监测。通过对不同浓度的CO_2气体进行多次重复测量结果表明,相对误差集中在-2.48%~4.10%之间,标准偏差范围为2.416%~4.149%,对相同浓度的CO_2进行测量时得到的结果变化范围大都能控制在4.33%~5.89%的范围内,系统处于稳定状态时平均响应时间在7s内。系统的精度、误差以及稳定性均达到设计要求。By using the NDIR(non-dispersive infrared)principle and wireless sensor technology(Zigbee network),the online monitoring system for the CO_2 concentration based on the NDIR principle is designed,and the monitoring of the CO_2 concentration is realized.The results from the repeated measurements of CO_2 gas with different concentrations show that the relative error is mainly between-2.48% and 4.10%,the standard deviation is from 2.416%to 4.149%,the changing range of results obtained from measuring the same concentration of CO_2 can be controlled within the range from 4.33%to 5.89%,and the average response time is within seven seconds when the system is in steady state.The accuracy,error and stability of the system are all up to the design requirements.
