摘 要:随着社会生产力的快速发展,复杂机电系统作为工业自动化领域重要组成之一,智能化、自动化程度越来越高,也对维修保障能力提出了更高要求;目前国内大多数复杂机电系统的维修保障仍然以定期维修和故障维修为主,维修技术与体系已经显著落后于设备发展水平;剖析了复杂机电系统常见故障模式,基于故障预测与健康管理技术,对复杂机电系统健康管理技术进行了研究。提出了面向复杂机电系统健康管理系统的层次架构、功能组成及实现的技术途径,并在此基础上提出了基于视情维修的复杂机电系统维修业务流程。以大型风洞试验装备为应用实例,对比了应用健康管理技术前后系统维修保障各方面的效能,为视情维修保障模式在复杂机电系统中的应用方式方法进行了有益探索。Due to the rapid development of social productivity,the complex electromechanical system has become one of the important components of industrial automation domain.The complex electromechanical system is becoming more advanced in terms of intellection and automation.Consequently the demand in maintenance ability has been raised to a higher level.Whereas the major domestic complex electromechanical systems sustain a periodic maintenance and posterior maintenance mode currently,which indicates the development of maintenance technique is clearly fall behind the development of equipment.This paper analyzes common failure mode of complex electromechanical system;studies the health management technology of complex electromechanical system based on fault prediction,prognostic and health management(PHM)technique.It presents a hierarchical structure,function composition and technological approach for the health management system of the complex electromechanical system.Furthermore,the maintenance process of complex electromechanical system based on onconditional maintenance is proposed.It compares the efficiency improvements of maintenance by applying health management technology to a large wind tunnel and provides positive discoveries for on-conditional maintenance mode applying to complex electromechanical systems.
