摘 要:文中介绍了基于三层架构的分布式心电采集模式,该模式实现了心电采集终端的分布式部署,通过中间层与HIS、PACS进行信息交互,完成心电采集终端获取的患者图谱与患者信息的匹配、传输、浏览、诊断等功能,从而缓解心电图图谱的采集压力,提高心电图诊断的整体效率。通过分析当前心电图图谱的中心式采集模式及患者完成检查所需流程,认为当前模式对医患双方都造成了很大压力,即影响了医师的工作效率,也降低了患者的就诊满意率。而基于三层架构的分布式心电采集模式可以很好的解决上述问题,为患者提供良好的就诊体验。基于三层架构的分布式心电采集模式是一种在采集模式、就医流程、实施部署、终端使用等各方面均能为医疗机构、患者提供优异服务的应用解决方案,提升了心电图医疗业务的规模、效率。This paper introduces the distributed ECG acquisition model based on three-tier architecture,This model realizes the distributed disposition of ECG acquisition terminal,Through the middle layer and HIS,PACS information exchange,Completed ECG acquisition terminal to obtain the patient map and patient information matching、transmission、browsing、diagnosis and other functions,Thereby easing the collection pressure of electrocardiogram and improving the overall efficiency of electrocardiogram diagnosis. By analyzing the central acquisition pattern of the current ECG pattern and the process required for the patient to complete the examination,That the current model of both doctors and patients have caused great pressure,which affects the efficiency of physicians,but also reduces the satisfaction rate of patients with treatment. The three-tier structure based on the distribution of ECG acquisition model can be a good solution to these problems,providing patients with good treatment experience.Based on the three-tier structure of the distributed ECG acquisition mode is a collection mode,medical procedures,implementation of the deployment,end-use and other areas for medical institutions,patients with excellent service application solutions to enhance the ECG medical business Size,efficiency.
