摘　　要：目的了解上海市社区卫生服务中心不同岗位医护人员对精神卫生服务知识与技能的需求,为社区开展培训和提高社区医护人员精神卫生服务能力提供参考。方法依托上海市心理卫生服务体系建设三年行动计划项目,以问卷形式对上海市三家试点社区的171名社区医护人员开展调查,采用频数统计、单因素R×C表χ2检验分析方法。结果不同岗位医护人员对精神卫生服务知识与技能培训的需求存在差异(P<0.05)。约53.4%的医护人员倾向于短期培训,63.6%选择集中现场授课,46.0%选择理论知识讲授和38.0%选择模拟案例分析。岗位工作需要是医护人员参加培训的首要原因,其次是个人发展需要。医护人员不参加培训的原因均以时间安排与工作冲突为主。结论社区应根据岗位需求优化培训内容,合理设计培训方案,并给予多种支持,鼓励医护人员积极参加培训。Objective To investigate the training demand of mental health knowledge and skills of community medical staff in different positions in Shanghai,to provide reference for community training and to improve mental healthcare ability of community medical staff. Methods Based on the Three-year Action Plan of the Construction of Shanghai Mental Health Service System,a questionnaire survey was implemented in 171 medical staff from three pilot community healthcare centers in Shanghai. Frequency statistic and single factor R×C table chi-square test were used. Results The training demand of mental health knowledge and skills is different among medical staff in different positions（P0.05）. About 53.4% of the medical staff tend to choose short-term training,63.6% of them choose to focus on the on-site teaching,46.0% of them choose to learn theoretical knowledge,and 38.0% of them prefer to have simulated case analysis. Job requirement is the primary reason for medical staff to participate in training,followed by personal development needs. The reason for not participating in training is mainly the conflict of timing. Conclusion It is suggested to optimize the training content according to the job requirement,design training program rationally,and provide various support to encourage medical staff to actively participate in training.
