经阴道超声引导穿刺盆腔囊性肿块的应用价值

摘　　要：目的探讨经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗盆腔囊性肿块的疗效及对患者预后恢复的影响。方法选取我院妇科2011年3月~2017年4月期间收治的106例盆腔囊性肿块患者作为研究对象,将其随机分为观察组(经阴道超声引导穿刺)和对照组(腹壁穿刺手术)各53例,观察两组患者的临床治疗效果及其预后情况。结果与对照组相比,观察组患者的治疗有效率(92.45%>79.25%)相对更高(P<0.05),而并发症发生率(3.77%<20.75%)相对更低(P<0.05)。结论经阴道超声引导穿刺治疗盆腔囊性肿块的效果显著,能够有效缓解患者的病痛。Objective To investigate the curative effect of transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture on pelvic cystic mass and its influence on prognosis of patients.Methods A total of 106 patients with pelvic cystic masses admitted from March 2011 to April 2017 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into observation group(transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture) and control group(abdominal puncture) In 53 cases,the clinical efficacy and prognosis of two groups were observed.Results The response rate(92.45%> 79.25%) in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P <0.05),while the complication rate was significantly lower(3.77% <20.75%).Conclusion The transvaginal ultrasound guided puncture pelvic cystic mass effect is significant,can effectively alleviate the patient's pain.
