摘  要:SETH碾压混凝土重力坝位于新疆严寒地区,工程区气候严寒恶劣,给大坝施工质量控制带来困难.根据实际施工进度,结合气候特点,依据热传导理论,采用稳定温度应力场公式和非稳定应力场公式,对坝体和岩体进行有限元分析计算,采用三维实体单元、接触单元建立三维模型,模型中坝体结构、围岩结构均按弹塑性进行考虑,对施工期(荷载为温度)非溢流典型坝段的稳定和非稳定温度应力场,并基于此制定了较为适宜的温控方案,有效改善了大坝温控问题.SETH Roller Concrete Dam is located in Xinjiang Province,where is the cold region of China.The adverse weather conditions makes it difficult for temperature control of the dam.In order to solve this problem,this research simulated the temperature stress field of the typical non-overflow dam section,based on real construction schedule,construction condition and climate characteristics.The 3 dimensional(3 D) simulation model was set up based on the heat conduction theory,the stable temperature stress field formula and non-stable stress field formula were used.The model was built by eight-node 3 D entity unit and the contact unit,the dam and surrounding rock structure were considered as the elastic-plastic model.An appropriate temperature control plan was made according to the simulation result,improving the dam temperature control effectively.
