酒泡铁苋菜治疗喘咳症的合理性研究

摘　　要：目的:明确酒泡铁苋菜用于喘咳症治疗的合理性。方法:采用豚鼠诱喘法考察酒泡铁苋菜的平喘效果。结果:与空白对照组比较,生品组与酒泡品组均显著延长引喘潜伏期(P<0.05);与生品组比较,酒泡品组无显著差异。结论:酒泡铁苋菜可用于喘咳症的治疗,但疗效与生品无明显差异。Objective： To clarify the rationality of wine-soaked Acalypha australis L. in treating asthmatic cough. Methods： Asthma model were made. The antiasthmatic effect of wine-soaked Acalypha australis L was investigated by studying guinea pig induced asthma model. Results： Compared with the blank controlled group,the latent period for symptomatic sensitization were significantly prolonged in both the raw Acalypha australis L. group and the wine-soaked group.（ P〈 0. 05）. There was no significant difference between the raw Acalypha australis L. group and the wine-soaked group. Conclusion： Acalypha australis L.soaked in wine can be used for treating asthma,but its efficacy had no significant difference with the raw products.
