摘 要:Dear Editor,Teosinte branched 1, cycloidea, PCF/TCP transcription factors regulate several aspects of plant growth and development (re- viewed in Uberti-Manassero et aL, 2013). In Arabidopsis, 24 members of this family are classified into classes I and II according to the structure of the TCP domain, a conserved region involved in DNA binding and dimerization. Class II is further divided into two clades: CINCINNATA (CIN) TCPs that are involved in several developmental processes, including leaf morphogenesis, and CYC/TB1 TCPs that regulate branching and floral symmetry. Class I TCPs have diverse functions, some of them are also involved in regulating leaf development.Dear Editor,Teosinte branched 1, cycloidea, PCF/TCP transcription factors regulate several aspects of plant growth and development (re- viewed in Uberti-Manassero et aL, 2013).
