摘 要:针对井下隔离矿柱时常发生破坏,空区中大量废石涌入现有采场的难题,提出利用注浆技术在松散体中构筑人工隔断矿柱的方法。根据松树脚矿1020采场实际情况,基于重力式挡土墙理论计算确定人工矿柱尺寸,采用有限元软件模拟验证人工矿柱结构参数,结果表明,当人工矿柱尺寸为30 m×28 m×14 m时,可确保稳定性,在此基础上设计了注浆方案。通过现场工业试验,在1020采场松散体中成功构筑人工矿柱,有效隔离了相邻空区废石的涌入,确保了采场的稳定,有效回采矿柱矿量15 693 t,获得了良好的经济效益。The isolated pillar in underground mine is broken down trequently, anti me exlst.ttg stope is often disturbed by large amount of waste rock. According to the existing problems in underground mine, the processing method is proposed by constructing artificial pillar in loose body by grouting technique. Based on the actual situation of 1010 stope in Songshujiao Mine, the dimension of artificial pillar is calculated based on the gravity retaining wall theory, the structural parameters of artificial pillar is sim- ulated and verified by adopting finite element software, the results show that, the stability of artificial pil- lar can be guaranteed with the dimension of 30 m x 28 m x 14 m, and the grouting scheme is designed. The industrial experimental results indicated that the artificial pillar in loose body is constructed successfully, the disturbance of waste rock is eliminated effectively from the adjacent gob, and the stope stability is guaranteed, about 15 693 t resources from the pillars are obtained, therefore, the economic benefits is good,
