摘 要:某高氧化率铜矿石铜品位2.85%,87.65%的铜以氧化铜的形式存在,主要铜矿物为孔雀石,其次为硅孔雀石、辉铜矿。为给该矿石开发利用提供技术依据,采用硫化浮选法进行选矿试验。结果表明,原矿磨矿至-0.074 mm 60.41%,以戊基黄药为捕收剂,乙二胺硫酸盐+碳酸氢铵(用量比1∶1)为组合活化剂,经2粗2精2扫、中矿顺序返回闭路浮选流程选别,可获得铜品位29.46%、回收率82.16%的氧化铜精矿。There is 2.85 % copper in an oxide copper ore, with an oxidation rate of 87.65 %, copper mainly exists in form of malachite, follows by chrysocolla and chalcocite. In order to provide technical basis for the development and utilization of the ore, beneficiation test by sulfide flotation method was conduc- ted. Experimental results show that via grinding to -0. 074 mm 60.41% ,using amyl xanthate as collec- tor, ethylenediamine sulfate and ammonium bicarbonate combination reagent (with dosage ration 1:1 ) as activator, two roughing-two cleaning-two scavenging closed flotation process, copper concentrate with grade of 29.46% and recovery of 82.16% were eventually obtained.
