摘　　要：该文以高校建筑改造作为切入点,提出高校建筑改造遵循的原则:"建筑个体"与"校园整体"协调、校园"历史性"与"现代性"兼顾,经济性与安全性结合,总结出置换空间功能、改进结构安全和重构建筑形态三个改造方法。最后,通过淮海工学院浴室改造项目,为高校建筑改造提供借鉴。In this paper, taking the transformation of the university building as the breakthrough point, we put forward the principles of transformation including the coordination of ＂building individual＂ and ＂campus as a whole＂, consideration to the ＂historical＂ and ＂modern＂, and the combination of economy and safety. Then we sum up three transformation methods about the replacement of space function, improvement of the structural safety and reconstruction of architectural form. Finally, through Huaihai Institute of Technology bathroom＇s renovation project, we provide the reference for the construction of colleges and universities.
