摘  要:本文在不同的磷源(磷酸二氢钠、甘油磷酸钠和三磷酸腺苷二钠)条件下,对3种海洋微藻——盐生杜氏藻(Dunaliella salina)、三角褐指藻(Phaeodactylum tricornutum)和米氏凯伦藻(Karenia mikimotoi)分别进行单种培养和混合培养,旨在研究不同磷源对3种海洋微藻生长和种间竞争的影响。实验结果表明,单种培养时,3种海洋微藻均能利用不同形态的磷源生长,其中三角褐指藻在磷酸二氢钠处理组的平均比生长速率为所有处理组中最高,达到0.614/d;盐生杜氏藻和米氏凯伦藻对甘油磷酸钠的利用效率均显著高于其它2个处理组,平均比生长速率分别为0.531/d和0.356/d。混合培养时,盐生杜氏藻在磷酸二氢钠组中的最终细胞密度显著高于其它2个磷源处理组,最终细胞密度占总细胞密度的42.7%;三角褐指藻在甘油磷酸钠组和三磷酸腺苷二钠组中的最终细胞密度和平均比生长率均显著高于磷酸二氢钠组,最终细胞密度占总细胞密度的百分比分别为59.8%和63.5%,平均比生长速率分别为0.516/d和0.534/d;米氏凯伦藻在3个磷源处理组的平均比生长速率、最终细胞密度及占总细胞密度的百分比均显著低于其它2种微藻,其中甘油磷酸钠组的平均比生长速率仅有0.236/d,在所有处理组中最低,最终细胞密度占总细胞密度的百分比仅为4.89%。本实验结果还表明,3种磷源条件下混合培养时,三角褐指藻种群都占据了竞争优势。The present study was conducted to investigate the effects of different phosphorus source (sodium dihydrogen phosphaie, sodium glycero phosphate and adenosine triphosphate disodium) on the growth and interspeeifie competition in three marine microalgal species Dunaliella salina, Phaeodacty- lum tricornutum and Karenia mikinotoi, which were cultured in monoculture and mixed culture, respec- tively. The results indicated that in the monoculture, all the three mieroalgal species could use the three different forms of phosphorus source for growth. The highest average specific growth rate (0. 614/d) was recorded by P. tricornutum in sodium dihydrogen phosphate treatment. In sodium glyc- ero phosphate treatment, the utilization efficiency of phosphate in D. salina and K. mikinotoi were sig- nificantly higher than that in the other two phosphorus source treatments (P〈0.05), in which the average specific growth rate reached 0. 531/d and 0. 356/d, respectively. When the three microalgal species were in mixed culture, the percentage of the total cell density of D. salina in sodium dihydrogen phosphate treatment was significantly higher than those observed under the other two phosphorus source treatments and reached to 42.7%. For P. tricornuturn, the percentages of the total cell densities were 59.8% and 63.5%, the average specific growth rates were 0. 516/d and 0. 534/d in sodium glycero phosphate treatment and adenosine triphosphate disodium treatment, respectively, which were higher than those in sodium dihydrogen phosphate treatment. Whereas, the average specific growth rate, the final cell density and the percentage of the total cell density of K. miJeinotoi under three different phos-phorus sources were all significantly lower than those of other two microalgae. The average specific growth rate (0. 236/d) in sodium glycero phosphate treatment was the lowest in all treatments, and the percentage of the total cell density was only 4.89 %.
