摘 要:以氧化铝、硅微粉、铝酸钙水泥、膨胀纤维和氧化镁为原料、在不同温度烧成下制备了新型无机高温粘结剂。为探究粘结剂的最佳配比和最佳烧成制度,对烧成后试样进行了力学性能测试和显微结构表征。结果表明:在1600℃烧成后不同原料配比的试样中均有Al_2O_3和3Al_2O_3·2SiO_2相;随着烧成温度的升高,生成的莫来石晶粒发育更加规则;按质量比Al_2O_3:SiO_2=5:1在1600℃下烧成的试样力学性能较好,其抗折强度、耐压强度和剪切强度分别为31.72 MPa、119.14 MPa和3.75 MPa。High temperature adhesive was prepared by sintering at different temperatures by using alumina, silicon powder, calcium aluminate cement, expanded fiber and magnesium oxide as raw materials. In order to explore the optimum batching ratio for the adhesive and the best firing system, the mechanical properties and microstructure of the samples were investigated. Al2O3 and 3Al2O3·2SiO2 phases were obtained in the samples with different raw material ratios and sintered at 1600℃. With the increase of the temperature, the growth of mullite grains was more regular. When the mass ratio of Al2O3 : SIO2=5 : 1, the mechanical properties of the samples sintered at 1600 ℃ were better, and their rupture strength, compressive strength and shear strength were 31.72 MPa, 119.14 MPa and 3.75 MPa, respectively.
