摘  要:通过杂交和定向选择育种方法,以三眠蚕基础材料SG和日3为父本,将三眠蚕基因分别导入多丝量品种871和872,创制优良三眠蚕育种材料SMC和SMJ。通过与四眠蚕品种杂交,发现"P11×SMJ"杂交组合较好,其丝质优良,丝长达到1300m以上,洁净分达到97.5分;"318A×SMC"杂交组合抗高温性能最好。In order to create excellent trimolter SMC male parent and the trimolter gene was introduced and SMJ, trimoher SG and Japan 3 were taken as into the high -yielding silkworm 871 and 872, respectively, by the hybridization and directional selection breeding method. Through the hybridization experiment with tetramolter, it was found that the cross combination of " P11× SMJ" was better, the silk was excellent, the length of the silk was over 1300 meters, and the purity score was 97.5 ; " 318A× SMC " hybrid combination had the best anti -high temperature performance.
