摘 要:针对常规潜油泵采用工频交流电机,缺乏变频控制功能,无法根据实际情况输出合适的功率,存在故障率高、运行效率低等问题,利用永磁无刷直流技术研发了节能型潜油泵,能够根据实际加油情况输出匹配的有效功率,在处于加油状态的加油枪数量增加时提高电动机转速,加油状态的加油枪数量减少时降低电动机转速,有效降低潜油泵电能费用。启动转矩、运行效率、使用寿命等性能特性均优于传统交流异步电动机。在同等加油操作条件下,节能型潜油泵与普通型潜油泵相比节约电能在40%以上,明显降低加油站电能费用,具有广阔的应用前景。In view of the conventional submersible pump adopts commercial AC motor, lack of inverter control function, unable to output proper power ac- cording to the actual situation, there are some prob- lems such as high failure rate and low operation effi- ciency. The energy -saving submersible pump has been developed by using permanent magnet brushless DC According to the actual fueling output matching the effective power in the refueling state when the in- crease in the number of guns to increase the motor speed, refueling state reduce the number of guns to reduce the motor speed, effectively reducing the sub- mersible pump energy costs. Starting torque, operat- ing efficieney, service life and other performance characteristics are better than the traditional AC in- duction motor. Under the same refueling operation conditions, the energy -saving submersible pump saves more than 40% of the electric energy compared with the ordinary submersible pump, which obviously reduces the cost of electric energy at the gas station and has broad application prospect.
